Hyundai Motor Group: OECD complaint in Germany for anti-union strategies

In 2014, the German metalworkers` union IG Metall filed a complaint with the OECD1 claiming the Hyundai Technical Center in Rüsselsheim, Germany2 was in violation of the German Workers Constitution Act by disregarding the rights to information and decision of the works committee and of even undertaking salary cuts for committee members3.
