Flextronics: Precarious Working Conditions in Mexico

In Mexico, workers are required to work six days a week with shifts in excess of 12 hours. Agencies only contract workers for 15 to 28 days as any contract shorter than a month allows the company to deny paying social benefits. Illegal and discriminatory recruitment procedures, such as psychometric, blood, and urine tests, are also administered.[1]
