What do banks have to do with global plastic pollution? One thing is for sure: it’s not just the plastic credit card. Banks lend to companies involved at all stages of the plastics life cycle – from oil production to consumption – or profit through investments. In this poster, we show which banks in Germany are profiting from the single-use plastic business and which have taken the path to a greener future.
